Zancanelli is proud to support First Downs for Down Syndrome with the Kansas City Chiefs Offensive Line and helped raise money for the Down Syndrome Guild, the Down Syndrome Clinic at Children's Mercy Hospital and other Down Syndrome organizations.

A number of fundraising events are held each year to raise money and provide awareness of Down Syndrome and the services of DSG and the Down Syndrome Clinic. Zancanelli also supports First Downs for Down Syndrome by donating money based on the number of first downs the Chiefs score in the season!
