Zancanelli Management Corporation
Zancanelli Management Corporation (ZMC) was formed just 9 years ago, already owns 42 restaurants in 6 states, and will generate sales of over $50 million in 2007.  But the roots of our company began many years ago.

A BRIEF HISTORY
Gary Zancanelli, Jr. has spent his entire career as a member of the KFC community.  He is an entrepreneur and a visionary with a passion for excellence.  Gary was active in collegiate athletics, which encouraged and developed his “team” management style.  This drive for excellence and team spirit is the foundation of ZMC’s sustained and continued growth.  He has a deep commitment to developing people through superior training and systems.  His vision is to create attractive restaurants with top notch service in order to achieve the ultimate in customer satisfaction.

Gary Zancanelli, Jr. began working with the Harman Management Corporation in 1978 on the west coast while he was in high school.  (HMC is a 300 store franchisee of KFC and was the first franchisee of Colonel Harland Sanders).  He started there as a cook in a KFC store that was managed by his father (Gary, Sr.).  Gary left to go to college, and then promptly returned to HMC.  He rose to the level of District Manager before leaving HMC in 1998 and moving to Grand Junction, Colorado to start Zancanelli Management Corporation.

THE FUTURE
We plan to aggressively grow in Kansas City and other parts of the Midwest, and to grow the company through additional acquisitions, new store construction, and continual operational and financial improvements in the restaurants.

Same Store Sales were up in 2005, 2006, and 2007! We believe that there is a great future for ZMC and its employees, to achieve more than even they thought possible.
